As BB Partners Law, we respect the right to privacy guaranteed under Article 20 of the Constitution of the Republic of Türkiye.

CCTV recordings may be collected to ensure office security. These data are processed solely for:

and are stored with appropriate security measures.

5. Data Subject Groups

Job Applicants

Personal data collected during recruitment processes is processed solely for evaluation purposes. CVs are stored for a maximum of 3 months and then securely deleted.

Clients

All client information is protected under attorney-client confidentiality and is processed only within the scope of legal services.

6. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared with third parties in a limited manner, including:

  • Courts and official authorities

  • Tax offices

  • Financial institutions

  • Business partners

Your personal data is not shared with third parties unless required by law.

In case of international data transfer, your explicit consent will be obtained and all necessary safeguards will be implemented in compliance with KVKK.

7. Data Retention and Security

  • Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data

  • Request deletion or destruction of personal data

  • Request notification of these actions to third parties

  • Object to automated processing

  • Claim compensation for damages
